Terms of Inventory Program

· Cephalon has contracted Inkwell Global Marketing to administer an Inventory Program that enables Cephalon employees to purchase pre-ordered, pre-designed merchandise from a supplied inventory in addition to custom orders for special events and product launches.

· Orders for merchandise placed on this site are submitted directly to Inkwell Global Marketing for fulfillment.

· Inkwell Global Marketing processes and ships orders to employees within 2 business days of receipt.

Payment
Use your personal or corporate credit card to place merchandise orders online. Remember: all orders charged to corporate cards and/or submitted as business expenses must be approved by your supervisor as appropriate.

Sales Tax
Your order will incur sales tax as applicable for the location where the order is shipped.

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Sales tax will not be charged to orders shipped outside of NY, NJ and PA.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping & handling charges are calculated based on the weight and zip code of recipient using UPS Published rates.

If you would like to use your own UPS or FedEx Account, please include your account number "Add Specific Order Notes box" during checkout.

Some items require additional handling charges, these charges are automatically included in your shipping quote during checkout.

Bulk Orders/Items Not Shown
Requests for large quantities of merchandise and items not shown should be directed to Inkwell Global Marketing at 732-536-2822 or contact them via e-mail.

Order Processing
Inkwell Global Marketing will process orders. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 Noon EST will be processed the following business day.

Custom Items
Custom Apparel, Watches and Personalized items are produced upon receipt of your order and require additional time to ship.

Custom Apparel/Watches:
Not available for same day shipping. These items will ship in 4 business days.

Personalized Items:

Production time varies by item. You will be notified by email of the expected ship date.
